Herman Bulls is International Director and Vice Chairman, Americas, for JLL, a global financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate operations and investment management, and a member of the Board of Directors of USAA, a Fortune 120 diversified insurance, banking, asset management and financial advisory services firm serving the needs of military members and their families. With extensive Fortune 500 Board experience, his specialties include: real estate, strategy, leadership, public speaking, privatization, university real estate, government real estate, real estate finance and corporate boards.
Bulls is also a member of the Board of Governors of the American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief and education in the United States.
LTG Michael Rochelle culminated his military career as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, G-1, and Headquarters, United States Army. In this position, commonly known as the Army's Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Rochelle was responsible for all Human Resources policy and Human Resources management for the 1.1 million-person United States Army.
Prior to his service as the Army G-1, his service included numerous world-wide command and staff billets, including Senior Military Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, Commanding General of the U.S. Army's Soldier Support Institute at Fort Jackson, SC, Commanding General of the U.S. Army Recruiting Command at Fort Knox, KY, and Director, U.S. Army Installation Management Agency (IMA) headquartered in Alexandria, VA. In 2013, Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe appointed LTG Rochelle to the Board of Visitors of Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA. He serves on the boards of Globili, LLC, a privately-held information technology company based in Cincinnati, OH, The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), an internationally recognized leader in leadership development and he has served on the boards of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), where he served as 2nd Vice Chairman of the Board. He has also served as a Trustee of the U.S. Army War College Foundation, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Immediately upon retirement from the United States Army in 2009, LTG Rochelle and his wife Grace, founded MDR Strategies, LLC, an executive coaching and management consulting firm located in northern Virginia.
